Dr. Zada Gapbas is a neurosurgeon in the Minimally Invasive Neurosurgery Department. She graduated with honors in 2014 from Astana Medical University with a degree in General Medicine, earning the academic qualification of Bachelor of Medicine. From 2014 to 2016, she completed an internship in Surgery at the same university. Between 2016 and 2020, she trained in the residency program at National Center for Neurosurgery in Neurosurgery, including pediatric neurosurgery. She is one of the first specialists in neuro-radiosurgery and Gamma Knife operations in Kazakhstan and Central Asia. Her main areas of expertise are minimally invasive neurosurgery, stereotactic neurosurgery, and radiosurgery.
