Almas Kydyrov is a neurosurgeon in the Department of Minimally Invasive Neurosurgery. He has 13 years of practical experience. In 2007, he graduated from the Kazakh State Medical Academy with a degree in General Medicine (physician qualification). In 2008, he completed an internship in General Medicine, receiving the qualification of physician-surgeon. In 2010, he completed a residency in Cardiac Surgery at the National Scientific Medical Center and worked as a cardiac surgeon for 5 years. In 2018, he retrained at the National Center of Neurosurgery in Adult and Pediatric Neurosurgery and began his career as a neurosurgeon in December 2018. He also completed a training program at a leading clinic in Lithuania focusing on current issues in neurosurgery. His main areas of expertise include minimally invasive neurosurgery, cranial and spinal neurosurgery, and neurotrauma.
