Dr. Meirzhan Oshaev is a neurosurgeon in the Spinal Neurosurgery and Peripheral Nerve Pathology Department. He graduated in 2012 from the Medical University Astana with a degree in General Medicine, qualifying as a physician. From 2012 to 2013, he completed an internship at the same university in General Medicine, receiving qualification as a surgeon. He then completed a residency at the National Center for Neurosurgery from 2013 to 2017 in Neurosurgery, including Pediatric Neurosurgery, earning his qualification as a neurosurgeon.
