Orientation program for new employees of JSC "NCN"

On December 6, 2021, the Department for Human Resources Management of JSC National Center for Neurosurgery, in order to comply with the standards of national and international accreditation of JCI, conducted an orientation program for new employees with the participation of members of the Board of the Center and heads of departments.

  The main objectives of the orientation program are effective adaptation, understanding by new employees of the procedure for the functioning of the Centre, as well as their induction.

   During the orientation program, members of the Management Board, heads of divisions familiarized new employees with the Center's development plan, corporate culture, infection control program, JCI international accreditation standards, as well as a program to improve the quality and safety of patients.
