Specialists from Israel conducted a mentorship in the National Centre for Neurosurgery

About 70 nurses of "National Centre for Neurosurgery" JSC gained certificates of successful completion of the course "Organization of nursing in neurosurgery". in the framework of the budget program 031 "Implementation of international standards in the field of hospital management" for the introduction of the institution of mentoring for the first time on the basis of the Neurosurgery Centre, Deputy Director of Nursing of the Neurosurgery Department of Soroka Medical Center in Be'er Sheva (Israel) Ian Feldman and nurse educator Vladislav Schiff held training courses from 3 to 14 November 2014.
