Nazarbayev awarded the State Prize of Kazakhstan to 30 laureates

Today in Astana there is the ceremony of the State Prize of Peace and Progress of the first president of the Republic of Kazakhstan - the leader of the nation, the State Prize of 2013 in the field of science and technology, as well as the title "Honored Health Worker”. State Prize was awarded to the staff of the Republican Research Center for Neurosurgery, namely to Chief Executive Officer Serik Akshulakov and Heads of the departments of the Center Talgat Kerimbayev, Yerbol Makhambetov, Aissa Nurpeisov, Marat Rabandiyarov and Nurzhan Ryskeldiyev for their work on "Development of high-tech innovative treatments of neurosurgical pathology in the Republic of Kazakhstan". The Center's employees have introduced advanced technology of state-of-the-art medicine. Thanks to the development of the health sector and the growth of professionalism they saved the lives of many people. "I believe that we awarded the best Kazakhstan people and I am sure that you will serve as an example to others to reach such heights of success as you are. And in general, represented our country - the Republic of Kazakhstan" said Nursultan Nazarbayev at the ceremony in Akorda.
