Visit of Dr. Samer Elbabaa, Head of the Department of Pediatric Neurosurgery at the Arnold Palmer Children's Hospital (Orlando, USA)

On October 25, 2022, the Head of the Department of Pediatric Neurosurgery at the Arnold Palmer Children's Hospital (Orlando, USA), Dr. Samer Elbabaa, visited the National Center for Neurosurgery.

      During his visit, Dr. Samer Elbabaa made a presentation on intrauterine surgery for Spina Bifida disease.

    Neurosurgeons and residents of the National Center for Neurosurgery and obstetrician-gynecologists from the National Scientific Center for Motherhood and Childhood were invited to the meeting.

    Also, the American colleague was given an introductory review of the Center for Neurosurgery and demonstrated the capabilities of the Department of Pediatric Neurosurgery, Radiosurgery, ICU and the operating unit.

    Following the visit, the parties expressed interest in cooperation and discussed the possibilities of further cooperation.
