Dr. Yerbol Makhambetov was awarded the “Zhaqsy Adam-2023” prize

On December 25, the head of the Department of Vascular and Functional Neurosurgery, Dr. Yerbol Makhambetov, was awarded the “Zhaqsy Adam-2023” prize for his valuable human qualities, for his honest and sincere service to patients, society and the state.

    The goal of the project is to encourage Kazakhstanis for their heroic deeds, inspiring life stories, and great contribution to the development of the country.

    Dr. Yerbol Makhambetov was awarded a commemorative statuette, a special diploma and a cash prize. Dr. Makhambetov said that he would donate his award to a children's hospice for children with cancer, where these funds will be more needed and aimed at improving the health of children.

The event was organized by the Jibek Joly TV channel, and the award was sponsored by the Altyn Qyran Foundation.
