Annually on May 12 around the world, including in Kazakhstan, the International Day of nurses is celebrated. In 2016 this day will pass under aegis "Nurses – motive power of changes, strengthening of stability of health system". According to official figures, in the field of health care of Kazakhstan more than 150 thousand nurses, in the National center of neurosurgery - 227 nurses work today. In the center much attention is paid to post-degree education of the average medical personnel that allows nurses of different divisions to improve the professional skill. So, from 227 nurses the highest category 73 persons have, the first – the 33, second – 51. For development of nurse business in the center all-hospital conferences, exit seminars are constantly held, mentors from abroad are attracted. The educational and methodical office on work with nursing staff which purpose is improvement of quality and efficiency of specific types of professional activity and comprehensive improvement of competence of nurses and professional adaptation of beginners functions. Today the main objectives facing sisterly service of the center of neurosurgery - improvement of the organization of work of the personnel, increase of professional level of nurses, the organization of professional leaving, forming of specialists of new formation that will undoubtedly lead to increase of prestige of profession of the nurse. The national center of neurosurgery congratulates all nurses on professional holiday and wishes all health, good luck, wellbeing, optimism!
