Social Health Insurance (Kazakhstan citizens only)

For treatment under compulsory social health insurance and a guaranteed volume of free medical care, you need:


1. Make an appointment with a neurosurgeon at our Center by phone: +7(7172) 62-11-00 or mobile phones indicated here.

2. After receiving a positive conclusion from a neurosurgeon indicating the approximate date of hospitalization, you need to contact the clinic at your place of residence.

The local doctor of the clinic directs you to undergo the necessary examinations. After receiving the results of the examinations, the clinic submits medical documents for review to the regional commission of the Health Administration. If a positive decision is made, the commission registers the referral in the “Hospitalization Bureau Portal.” After the hospital determines the final date of hospitalization in the portal, the regional commission sends a package of medical documents and a referral with the hospitalization code to the clinic.

3. The local doctor of the clinic gives you the necessary medical documents and a referral with a hospitalization code.

4. After receiving the necessary medical documents and a referral with a hospitalization code, you must appear at the reception department of our Center on the day of hospitalization

from 9.00 to 16.00 (in case of no-show, you must notify the head of the department about the reason for no-show).


List of documents for planned hospitalization:

For hospitalization, all patients must have the following documents and examination data:

1. Referral with hospitalization code and extract from the outpatient’s medical record (form No. 027/u);

2. Identification document – ​​original and copy (identity card/passport/birth certificate), all on separate forms.

3. Examination results:

- for adult neurosurgical patients:

  • General blood analysis *

  • General urine analysis *

  • Biochemical blood test (total protein, creatinine, urea, glucose, total and direct bilirubin, ALT, AST)
  • Coagulogram (prothrombin time, APTT, fibrinogen), blood clotting time *
  • Analysis of stool for worm eggs *
  • Blood test for markers of hepatitis B and C (date, number) (original tests) ***
  • Blood test for HIV (date, number) (original tests) **
  • Microreaction with cardiolipin antigen (date, number) **
  • ECG**
  • Fluorography**
  • CT and/or MRI examination (at least 1.5 Tesla, recorded on a CD) **
  • If there are drainage tubes, catheters, epicystostomy, tracheostomy, etc., then it is necessary to provide a culture tank from them with sensitivity to antibiotics.*
  • Consultation with narrow specialists according to indications (gynecologist for women) **
  • Therapist's conclusion *
  • Negative results of a PCR test for COVID-19, which should not exceed 5 days before hospitalization


For caregivers:

  • Fluorography**

For neurosurgical patients under 18 years old:
