Vascular diseases are currently the leading causes of death among adults worldwide, both in prevalence and in the frequency of fatal outcomes. Acute cerebrovascular accident is the third cause of death after cardiovascular and oncological diseases. In the structure of stroke, cerebral hemorrhage accounts for 4–30%, occurring in 13–271 people per 100,000 population per year. Mortality in hemorrhagic stroke reaches 40–50%, and disability — 70–80%. These diseases develop with hypertension, atherosclerosis, malformations (arteriovenous malformations), arterial aneurysms of the cerebral vessels.
