The teaching staff (hereinafter - the teaching staff) of the Company is represented by the academician of the NAS of the Republic of Kazakhstan, academician of the NAEN of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 3 doctors of medical sciences, 18 candidates of medical sciences, 4 PhD, 5 masters, 37 specialists of the highest category, 10 - of the first category. Today, the teaching staff of the Company consists of 53 people.
The employees of the Society are members of the following international associations: World Federation of Neurosurgical Soceities (WANS), European Association of Neurosurgical Soceities (EANS), Asian Association of Neurosurgical Soceities (AANS), European Association of Children's Neurosurgeons, Eurasian Association of Children's Neurosurgeons, Russian Society of Pathologists, and also republican associations: Kazakh Association of Neurosurgeons, Federation of Anaesthesiologists-Resuscitators of Kazakhstan, Association of Pediatric Neurologists of Kazakhstan, Association of Physicians of Neurophysiologists and Specialists in Neuroimaging of Kazakhstan.

 Each member of the teaching staff in accordance with the tasks assigned to him performs the following functions:
1) planning, rendering, coordination of the provided educational programs with the use of modern educational technologies;
2) participation in the organization of exhibitions, conferences, master classes and the development of the mentoring institution in healthcare on the basis of the Society;
3) the implementation, using modern information technology, of the preparation of textbooks, teaching and teaching aids, program and information materials, visual aids, necessary for the effective organization of the educational process;
4) development of control and measuring materials in the disciplines;
5) participation in professional competitions, grants, scientific and practical conferences (with a report);
6) participation in research and other scientific work in the specialty profile;
7) participation in the discussion of completed research work and preparation of recommendations for their publication, participation in the implementation of research results in practice.
